Established in 2012, Salt Meats Cheese is a family-owned Italian restaurant group offering dining, retail and cooking classes across NSW and QLD as well as a purveyor of gourmet Italian produce.
Salt Meats Cheese is an affiliated business and have invested significantly into the Rathbone Project. The Group will be owning and operating a boutique specialty grocer, Salt Meats Cheese restaurant and café on the ground floor. More details will follow including some great benefits that will be exclusively available for the building tenants.
